It was a very poor experience last night. We waited 20 minutes to be served and then an hour for food. I was intending to use a voucher for a free meal that I had for my Birthday. The kitchen had run out of rotisserie chicken, and customers were being told they would have to wait for an hour for chicken. We were advised to order from the small plates menu so did this. Some of the food was very poor. I had to go to the pass and ask for chips, and was given a small amount in a bowl (not worth £4). The garlic bread was terrible, they had obviously run out as we were given half a dry flatbread with some cheese on it. Then when I went to pay I was told I couldn't use my voucher as I'd ordered from the small plates menu. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Leonie our server was kind, warming and had a nice natural charm, she attended to our needs and requests with professionalism and really good with our child, food was nice and filling and salad bar looked fresh.

Asked for quiet area was put by two tables of screaming kids parents done nothing asked to be moved was told no other tables available we left without having food

All in all the place is really good, had a good waiter named Wayne and he couldn't of helped out anymore if he tried, had a mix up with the ice creams but he got it sorted out to have the normal ice cream not the vegan one

Won't ever be going again salad bar has gone down hill drastically used to be able to go up and get your own bowl but had to wait to be given one and waited about 30 mins. The lettuce was brown the wasn't much choice with the salad at all the mains was absolutely diabolical chicken was like rubber ribs was very dry steak was alive having asked it to be cooked well done and chips was cold. I'm not one to leave a review but so disappointing used to love harvester

We visited during the lunch rush on Thursday so understandably a very busy period. We were served by Wayne who made sure we were seated and served very quickly! He was amazing throughout. Thank you Wayne!

Did not even get are food after 50 minutes of waiting was a joke in away and I bet I get the response of sorry to hear of your bad experiences I don't won't that I would rather the problems be talked about over the phone or in the restaurant to help others avoid the problems I had as it ruined are night out big time and we don't get meany times out sorry to say.

Asked for rare ribeye, came mostly well done by that I mean overcooked! Waitress brought Pinot instead of Merlot. Asked for peppercorn sauce, nothing except beef dripping, said no thanks, came with it anyway which I was grateful as the Steak was so dry I had to use it, peas boiled within an inch of decimation, soggy sweet potato fries and bruised tomato. For a £70 bill for mostly inedible food they knocked £15 off the bill. Awful don't go.

visited today 23/02/25 for a late dinner 1500hrs
waited for what seemed an age to be seated as the greeter was having a lovely conversation with someone
when we were seated our waitress was pleasant and attentive taking our drinks order asking us about allergies etc
it all went drastically down hill from there
after ordering our food silence,
nothing
we waited and waited
watched others get up and leave
we waited for over an hour for our food
My mum 81 on mobility scooter had chicken (luke ward) sage and onion chips (something sage and oniony sprinkled on them) and some brown cube like things with sweetcorn in (not sure what they were)
My partner had a burger (luke warm)
chips (pot was hot chips were not)
I had Steak (luke warm, asked Medium well got Medium rare) sage and onion chips (see above comment)
with a side order of onion rings (3 or 4 onion rings all stuck together)
normally I would have sent the lot back to be redone
but we'd already waited an hour,
so over all
not the best dining experience
certainly wont be returning

The food was good. Had a few issues with the systems the night i was there, so a few things were slow, and we couldn't get our desert. The staff were very friendly, though. Solomon, in particular, was a very nice handsome polite generous kind and funny young man

We booked in advance when we arrived. we were told that there would be a 40 min wait as there were staffing issues and given the option to stay or not.
The salad bar was empty and remained that way the entire night. When the chicken stack arrived there was no stack just a piece of chichen with a pile of chicken shavings (like the ones in Iceland) I did ask if I had the right meal but I was told yes I queried the bits on top to be answered with aaa.
There were only two staff on the restaurant floor, so dirty tables were everywhere and the floor as well.
The food came out quicker than we were told.
The glass I had had chips taken out of the rim.
The staff were apologetic and were trying their best but very disappointing on this occasion.

I am a carer for people with learning disabilities and yesterday I took a client for lunch. Food was great but the service by our server Wayne was incredible! He took time with my client and didn’t rush her, he chatted to us both and was telling us about his time living in South East London, as I’m originally from London, and was so incredibly polite and happy. I’m not normally one to leave a review but normally people are a little flustered around my clients, but Wayne was the complete opposite and it’s compelled me to write this review.
Harvester you have an amazing Server, and Wayne, thank you for the kindness you showed.
